Pharmacy

We created the position of pharmacy technician to enable us to practice the best medicine possible.   Because no medication is benign, through recommended testing of your pet, wecan ensure that the medication is having its desired effect and not hurting your pet.  This also enables the doctor to re-evaluate your pet's progress.  Even  Prescription diets need to be double checked since they are a prescription. 

A pharmacy technician is available to speak with you personally Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm.  The pharmacy line is monitored throughout the day.  Please allow 24 hours for your prescription to be refilled.  When ordering bottles of maintenance medication, please call 1 week in advance and the technician will call you as soon as it arrives.  The prescription diet order is placed by noon on Mondays.  Controlled medications can only be dispensed one month at a time.
