LOVC accepts personal checks with a valid driver's license and social security number.  For your protection, we cannot accept pre-signed checks from a third party without prior authorization.

Care Credit

For clients who require financial assistance, LOVC has established a relationship with GE Capital Consumer Card Co., which offers the Care Credit Payment Option.  Approval and application takes only minutes.  For more information, please visit their website at  www.carecredit.com

Easy Pay

Easy Pay is LOVC's payment plan for financial assistance for current clients that have been established with LOVC for at least 1 year.  When the invoice is greater than one hundred and fifty dollars, we will accept half down and dated checks for the remaining 50%.  These dated checks need to be cashable within 90 days of services rendered.  We do require a credit card to secure payment.  The credit card will only be charged if checks are returned or payment is not made on time.  Download a copy of the form here:      Easy-Pay
