Tara, Head Veterinary Assistant

    Tara joined the team at Lanoka Oaks in August of 2003.  Before that, she was a certified pharmacy tech at Eckerd in Bayville.  Tara always had a love of animals since a young age.  While visiting her grandmother in Pa, she would spend her summer days taking care of animals on her farm.  Her favorites were all the cats. 

Tara has 6 cats, Sassy (who turned 25 on 1/19/10), Cheetara, Samantha, Pheobe, Piper and Pru.  Her new addition, Leo, her pound puppy who she rescued from the shelter in February of 08.  However, Liono and Lady Godive who are gone but never forgotten, will always be in her heart.

On a personal note, Tara and Andy were married on August 8, 2010.   She is American Red Cross certified in pet CPR and first aid.
